(I) Definitions
Dr. Zhuo: refers to the products developed and operated by Hangzhou Jianpei Technology Co., Ltd., including the Dr. Zhuo App, Dr. Zhuo WeChat Mini Program, Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program (including the wrist ECG recorder wearable device), or products or services provided to you in other forms in the future.
Dr. Zhuo Service Provider: refers to Hangzhou Jianpei Technology Co., Ltd.
Dr. Zhuo Data Processor: refers to Hangzhou Jianpei Technology Co., Ltd.
User: refers to the person using Dr. Zhuo products and/or services, referred to as "you" or "user" in this Policy.
Personal Information: refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information, such as name, date of birth, ID card number, personal biometric information, residential address, communication contact methods, communication records and content, account password, property information, credit information, whereabouts and trajectory, accommodation information, health and physiological information, transaction information, etc., excluding anonymized information.
Sensitive Personal Information: refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, is likely to infringe upon the personal dignity of a natural person or endanger personal or property safety, including ID card number, personal biometric information, bank account, communication records and content, property information, credit information, whereabouts and trajectory, accommodation information, health and physiological information, transaction information, personal information of children under 14 (inclusive), etc. (we will prominently mark specific sensitive personal information in this Policy in bold underline form).
Deletion: refers to the act of removing personal information from the systems involved in realizing daily business functions, rendering it in a state that cannot be retrieved or accessed.
Anonymization: refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that the personal information subject cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored.
Children: refers to minors under the age of fourteen.

This Policy applies to the "Dr. Zhuo" products and services under Hangzhou Jianpei Technology Co., Ltd., including the online products Dr. Zhuo App, Dr. Zhuo WeChat Mini Program, Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program, as well as wearable devices (wrist ECG recorder), and various products and services provided to you in new forms that emerge with technological development.
2. Except for the information collection and use activities described in this Policy, this Policy does not apply to other services provided to you by other third parties. Other services are subject to the personal information collection and use rules such as privacy policies separately explained to you by those third parties.
When you use our products/services, we need/may need to collect and use your personal information, including the following two types:
1. To realize the basic functions of providing our products and/or services to you, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will be unable to use our products and/or services normally;
2. To realize the additional functions of providing our products and/or services to you, you may choose whether to authorize us to collect and use the information. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the functional effects we intend, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of our products and/or services.

1. We are committed to creating diverse products and services to meet your needs. Because we offer a wide variety of products and services, and different users choose different specific products or service scopes, the basic/extended functions and corresponding types and scopes of personal information collected and used will differ. Please refer to the specific product or service function.
2. To bring you a better product and service experience, we continuously strive to improve our products, services, and technology, and may from time to time introduce new or optimized features, which may require the collection and use of new personal information or changes to the purposes or methods of personal information use. If the above circumstances occur, we will separately explain to you in detail through updating this Policy, pop-up windows, page prompts, etc., seek your consent again, and only begin collection and use after obtaining your explicit consent. 4. Corresponding device permissions are not enabled by default. When device permissions are involved, we will seek your consent again through a separate pop-up window before enabling them when you use the corresponding function; after the permission is enabled, you may also disable the permission through device settings at any time; your refusal to enable permissions will not affect the normal use of other non-related functions.
Note on AI‑Assisted Analysis: When you use health consultation and report‑interpretation features, the health‑related information you submit (including consultation text, images, laboratory reports, medical history, physical signs, medication records and other health and physiological data) will be transmitted to the AI backend service owned and independently operated by Hangzhou Jianpei Technology Co., Ltd. for AI‑assisted health analysis and consultation content parsing. This AI service is provided by our company, the same legal entity that publishes and operates this App. Your personal and health‑related data will not be sent to or shared with any external third‑party AI service providers. Such data is used solely to deliver the corresponding functions to you and shall be subject to the data storage and security protection rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.
We will collect and use your personal information to realize the following functions described in this Policy:
(I) Providing Registration and Authentication Functions
1. You need to use Dr. Zhuo products/services based on a Dr. Zhuo account. To create a Dr. Zhuo account, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number and SMS verification code. If you have not registered, providing your mobile phone number and SMS verification code in the Dr. Zhuo App, clicking the "Quick Login with Phone Number" button on the Dr. Zhuo WeChat Mini Program login interface, or clicking "Me - Login - Authorize Phone Number One-Click Login" on the Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program interface is deemed as your authorization for the system to automatically create a new account for you. The collection and use of mobile phone numbers is to meet the real identity information authentication requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register a Dr. Zhuo account and use our core services, but you may still use basic services such as browsing and searching. After you complete registration, we will generate and save a unique user identifier for you (such as username, handle, account ID, assigned user ID, customer number, or other user-level or account-level IDs that can be used to identify a specific user or account).
2. You can modify your avatar, blood type, contact name, contact phone number, address, ethnicity, marital status, and email information (operated through the path described in "VI. How You Can Manage Your Personal Information" of this Policy). We will collect the above information you provide. If you do not perform the above operations, it will not affect your use of Dr. Zhuo's products and services.
3. You need to provide us with your name, ID number, gender, and date of birth as prompted on the Dr. Zhuo page to create your health record. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use some core business functions of Dr. Zhuo normally (such as consultation), but it will not affect your use of basic services such as browsing and searching.
4. Based on the association relationships of business operations and the need for unified backend data management, the above information you provide in one of our products will be synchronously associated with other products. For example, the nickname and avatar you upload in the Dr. Zhuo App will be synchronized to the Dr. Zhuo WeChat Mini Program and Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program.
(II) Providing Product/Service Information Display
To provide page displays and search results that better match your needs, understand product compatibility, identify abnormal account status, prevent transaction fund risks, and ultimately provide you with secure and stable services, we will collect information about the services you use and how you use them and associate this information. This information includes:
Device Information: When you use Dr. Zhuo services, to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure the security of your account, we will receive and record, based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, the device information and mobile phone information you use (including mobile phone model, device model, device identification code, device MAC address, operating system type, device settings), record the source channel, device location-related information (including IP address and sensor information about Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information), software list unique device identifiers (including IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information, information describing the basic situation of commonly used devices), data generated during product interaction (including app launch, tapping, clicking, scrolling information, video viewing data, or other information about user interaction with Dr. Zhuo) for each user of Dr. Zhuo products or services.
Log Information: When you use the services or products we provide, we will automatically collect detailed information about your use of Dr. Zhuo and save it as network logs, including your search query content, IP address, access date and time.
In necessary business scenarios such as account security, customer service, dispute resolution, product function optimization, or compliance with regulatory supervision, if such device information and log information need to be combined with other information to identify specific natural persons, such information will be protected as personal information in accordance with the law during the combined use period and strict security control measures will be taken; in scenarios such as statistical analysis and product optimization that do not require identification of specific individuals, we will de-identify or anonymize the relevant information so that it cannot identify specific natural persons.
(III) Providing Health Consultation Functions
When you use the consultation and diagnosis functions or home care functions provided by Dr. Zhuo's products or services, we may apply to enable your photo album, camera, microphone (voice), and storage related permissions (see "(IX) Device Permission Invocation" in this section for details); at the same time, we may require you to provide symptoms, hospitalization records, medical orders, examination reports, surgical and anesthesia records, nursing records, medication records, drug and food allergy information, reproductive information, past medical history, diagnosis and treatment status, family medical history, present illness history, infectious disease history, as well as weight, height, and lung capacity information generated from personal physical health for patient condition diagnosis. In addition, we may collect health consultation details (such as images, text, videos, voice), appointment registration records, examination and testing, medication prescriptions, and consultation summaries generated during your use of Dr. Zhuo services or products, for display to you and to facilitate your management of information. You may choose to retain or delete them.
To facilitate your sharing of copied content, we need to access your clipboard and read the links and content contained therein, thereby ensuring the implementation of sharing and other functions, but we will not store other information from your clipboard.
You can conduct health consultations for others through Dr. Zhuo, and you need to provide the aforementioned personal information of the actual user. Before providing the aforementioned personal information of the actual user, you must ensure that you have obtained their authorization and consent. If it involves children's personal information, you must obtain the consent of the child's guardian before providing it.
(IV) Helping You Complete Payment
To complete the payment for the corresponding medical services or medications you order, you need to provide WeChat OpenID to smoothly complete the payment and settlement of the corresponding medical services and medications you order. If you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to use the relevant payment functions normally, but it will not affect your use of the basic browsing and search functions of Dr. Zhuo products and/or services.
(V) Completing Goods/Service Delivery
You may choose to complete the delivery of goods/services through self-paid logistics transportation handled by us. We will complete the delivery according to your choice. To facilitate our handling of logistics transportation to deliver the specific goods/services you order in Dr. Zhuo's products and/or services, you need to provide the recipient's name, mobile phone number, region information, detailed address, and postal code. If we entrust a third party to deliver to you, we will share the above information with the third party after obtaining your consent. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to use the product purchase function normally, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of Dr. Zhuo products and/or services.
(VI) Providing Customer Service
When you contact us, we may save your communication/call records, content, and contact information to contact you or help you solve problems, or record the handling solutions and results of related problems. For the reasonable need to provide services and improve service quality, we may also use your other information, including the relevant information you provide when contacting customer service.
(VII) Providing Functions Such as Reviews, Q&A for Public Release of Information
You may publicly release information through the reviews, Q&A, and other information release functions we provide, including publishing reviews and Q&A content, and posting text and image information as a registered user. Please note that the information you publicly release may involve your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information. Please consider more carefully whether to share or publicly disclose relevant information when using Dr. Zhuo's services. If the information you publicly release involves children's personal information, you must obtain the consent of the corresponding child's guardian before release.
(VIII) Providing Security Protection
Please note that to ensure the authenticity of account identity and provide you with better security protection, you may provide us with your name and ID number to complete real-name authentication. If you refuse to complete the real-name authentication service, you may not be able to use certain services or products, but it will not affect your use of services such as browsing and searching. To improve the security of the services we provide to you, protect the personal and property safety of you and other users or the public from infringement, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify situations that violate laws and regulations or Dr. Zhuo-related agreement rules, we may use or integrate your account information, transaction information, device information, and relevant network log information to comprehensively assess your account and transaction risks, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
(IX) Device Permission Invocation
To provide you with convenient and high-quality services, we may invoke certain permissions on your device. The following is a list of device permissions we may invoke and the corresponding usage purpose descriptions. If you do not enable the following permissions, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions, but it will not affect your use of other functions; you have the right to choose to disable the authorization of the following permissions at any time, but it may affect your normal use of some or all functions of Dr. Zhuo services or products.

1. If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information to us. If it involves children's personal information, you must obtain the consent of the corresponding child's guardian before release. In the aforementioned circumstances, the guardian has the right to contact us through the channels stipulated in this Policy to request correction or deletion of content involving children's personal information.
2. When we use information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will seek your consent in advance.

4. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorized Consent

5. If we cease operations of Dr. Zhuo, we will promptly stop the activities of collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations in the form of an announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold related to the discontinued business. If children's personal information is involved, we will promptly notify the children's guardians of the cessation of operations.
(I) Collecting Your Basic Personal Information
After the device is connected, you can fill in your height, weight, gender, and age information through the Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program for the device to measure your body composition, calculate exercise calorie consumption, and evaluate exercise intensity, providing a basis for health data generation; you can fill in your target steps and target sleep time information for display in the device and Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program to show your goal completion and assist you in planning exercise and sleep schedules. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to use the device's corresponding services and functions, but it will not affect your use of the device's basic services and functions.
(II) Collecting Your Exercise-Related Information
After the device is activated, it will automatically collect your exercise-related information, including steps, distance, and calories, so that the device can evaluate your daily exercise status, generate exercise reports, and assist you in understanding exercise effectiveness. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to use the device's basic services and functions.
(III) Collecting Your Health-Related Information
After the device is activated, it will automatically collect the following health-related information about you. You can refuse the device's collection of relevant information through the corresponding switch on the device or in the Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program:
1. Basic Physiological Indicators: Collecting your heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, HRV (heart rate variability), and body temperature (wrist temperature) information for real-time monitoring of your basic health status and generating health data trend charts.
2. Blood Oxygen-Related Indicators: Collecting your blood oxygen saturation, number of apnea episodes, apnea results, hypoxia time, cardiac load, and blood oxygen correction information for evaluating your blood oxygen level and screening for potential health risks such as sleep apnea.
3. Blood-Related Indicators: Collecting your blood glucose, MET, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, and uric acid information to assist you in understanding your blood health status and providing reference for health management.
If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to use the device's corresponding services and functions, but it will not affect your use of the device's basic services and functions.
(IV) Collecting Your Sleep-Related Information
After the device is activated, it will automatically collect the following sleep-related information about you. You can refuse the device's collection of relevant information through the corresponding switch on the device or in the Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program:
1. Raw Sleep Information: Collecting your sleep onset time, sleep exit time, deep sleep duration, light sleep duration, other sleep duration, total sleep duration, first deep sleep duration, and number of insomnia episodes for providing raw data support for sleep quality analysis.
2. Derived Sleep Assessment Information: Collecting your night waking score, deep sleep score, sleep efficiency score, sleep onset efficiency score, sleep duration score, average night waking to deep sleep, insomnia score, and sleep curve for providing you with high-precision sleep monitoring services, producing sleep quality reports, and providing sleep improvement suggestions.
If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to use the device's corresponding services and functions, but it will not affect your use of the device's basic services and functions.
(V) Device Permission Invocation
To provide you with convenient and high-quality services, we may apply to invoke certain permissions of your wearable device through the Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program or Dr. Zhuo App. The following is a list of device permissions we may invoke and the corresponding usage purpose descriptions. We will not automatically invoke the following permissions unless you explicitly authorize us to invoke such permissions in the device switch. If you do not enable the following permissions, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions, but it will not affect your use of other functions. You have the right to choose to disable the authorization of the following permissions at any time, but it may affect your normal use of some or all functions of the device.
1. Nearby Devices permission: Used for Bluetooth scanning, device-to-phone Bluetooth pairing and connection.
2. Location permission: Used for Bluetooth searching, pairing, and connection, ensuring Bluetooth connection stability; pushing accurate weather information for your area.
3. Notification Bar Reading permission: Used for displaying third-party application messages on the watch face.
4. Incoming Call/SMS/WeChat Message notification permission: Used for displaying incoming call and message reminders on the watch face.
5. Phone Contacts permission: Used for enabling the SOS function to set emergency contacts; used for conveniently selecting emergency contacts.
We will not store the information related to the above nearby devices, location, notification bar reading, incoming call/SMS/WeChat message notifications, and phone contacts permissions collected by the device; the device only stores emergency contact information you separately enter on the device.
(I) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations, or individuals other than the Dr. Zhuo service provider, except in the following circumstances:
1. Transmission of your personal health information to our company‑owned AI backend for processing does not constitute data sharing or external data transfer to any third‑party.
1. Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
2. We may share your personal information externally in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions or mandatory requirements from government regulatory authorities.
3. Sharing with affiliated companies: To facilitate our provision of services to you based on your Dr. Zhuo account and protect the personal and property safety of affiliated companies defined in this Policy or other users or the public from infringement, your personal information may be shared with affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information (for example, to facilitate your use of our affiliated companies' products or services through the same account, we will share necessary account information with affiliated companies). If we share your sensitive personal information or if affiliated companies change the use and processing purposes of personal information, we will seek your authorized consent again.
4. Sharing with authorized partners: Solely for the purpose of realizing the purposes stated in this Policy, certain of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share certain of your personal information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. (II) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following circumstances:
1. Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties;
In the event of a merger, division, dissolution, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation of the Dr. Zhuo service provider, if personal information transfer is involved, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the recipient. The recipient will also continue to be bound by this Policy and continue to fulfill the obligations of a personal information processor. If the recipient changes the original processing purposes or methods, your consent will be obtained again.
(III) Public Disclosure

We have established a data security management system centered on data and revolving around the data lifecycle, enhancing the overall system security from multiple dimensions such as organizational construction, system design, personnel management, and product technology. We have established relevant internal control systems, adopting the principle of minimum necessary authorization for personnel who may have access to your information; we conduct system monitoring of personnel's handling of your information, and continuously train personnel on relevant laws and regulations, privacy and security guidelines, and security awareness enhancement.
(III) Response to Personal Information Security Incidents
If a personal information security incident occurs, we will, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, inform you of: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you, etc. We will inform you of the incident-related information by email, phone, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to inform personal information subjects individually, we will issue an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. The internet is not an absolutely secure environment. We strongly recommend that you do not use communication methods not recommended by Dr. Zhuo to send personal information. You can establish connections and share with each other through our services. When you create communication, transactions, or sharing through our services, you can independently choose the objects of communication, transactions, or sharing, who may see your transaction content, contact information, communication information, or shared content and other related information as third parties. Please note that information you voluntarily provide, share, or even make public when using Dr. Zhuo services may involve your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information. Please consider more carefully whether to provide relevant information when using our services.
If you discover that your personal information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please immediately contact Dr. Zhuo customer service so that we can take corresponding measures based on your application. Please use complex passwords to help us ensure the security of your account. We will make every effort to ensure the security of any information you send to us, to avoid unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of your personal information due to damage to our physical, technical, or management protective facilities.
(I) Storage Location
1. During your use of Dr. Zhuo's products or services, we will store the information related to you obtained from and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China on secure and trusted servers within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2. We will only conduct cross-border data transfer or storage in the following circumstances: (1) where laws and regulations explicitly stipulate; (2) with your explicit authorization. For cross-border data transfer or storage, unless otherwise stipulated by law that notification is not required, we will inform you of the purpose of the information export, the recipient's name, contact information, processing methods, types of personal information, the means and procedures for you to exercise your rights against the overseas recipient, security protection measures, and security risks, and obtain your prior consent.
(II) Storage Period
1. We will only retain your personal information for the minimum necessary period required to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. (1) Click the avatar/nickname in the upper left corner of the "Me" interface to enter "Health Records" to query, copy, correct, and supplement your basic personal information and real-name authentication information;
(2) Click "Home" to query and copy your smart watch binding information and health indicator information such as blood pressure, uric acid, etc.;
(3) Click "Health" to query and copy your health records, health plans, and health consultation information;
(4) Click "Measurement" to query and copy your body composition measurement, blood component measurement, and other test item information.
(II) Deleting Your Personal Information
You can delete part of your personal information through the methods listed in "(I) Querying, Copying, Correcting, and Supplementing Your Personal Information" above. For the wrist ECG recorder wearable device, you can delete the information collected by the watch through watch formatting. However, if you wish to delete information that has been synchronized to the Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program or Dr. Zhuo App, you need to cancel your account through the method listed in "(IV) Canceling Your Account" above.
In the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your personal information:
1. If our collection and use of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collected and used your personal information without obtaining your authorized consent;
3. If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
4. If we share or transfer personal information to third parties in violation of laws, regulations, or our agreement with you;
5. If we publicly disclose personal information in violation of laws, regulations, or our agreement with you;
6. If you no longer use Dr. Zhuo's products and/or services, or if you have voluntarily canceled your account;
7. If we permanently cease to provide you with products and/or services.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also make every effort to simultaneously notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us, requiring them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or if these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
When you delete information from Dr. Zhuo's services or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to security technology limitations, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from backup systems. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
If the personal information you request to delete involves the statutory minimum retention period, we will delete or anonymize it as soon as possible after the expiration of the corresponding statutory retention period.
(III) Modifying or Withdrawing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent
You may withdraw your authorization for us to collect and process your personal information or change the scope of authorization through the methods listed in "(I) Querying, Copying, Correcting, and Supplementing Your Personal Information" or by disabling device functions.
Please understand that certain business functions require the collection of specific personal information to be completed (see "II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information" in this Policy). When you withdraw your authorized consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. (IV) Canceling Your Account

After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with applicable legal requirements. If immediate completion is impossible due to technical limitations, we will immediately stop all processing activities other than storage and necessary security protection. If the personal information in your account involves the statutory minimum retention period, we will delete or anonymize it as soon as possible after the expiration of the corresponding statutory retention period.
Please be aware: Based on our company's business operation association relationships and unified backend data management needs, if you choose to cancel your Dr. Zhuo App user account, your user accounts for the Dr. Zhuo WeChat Mini Program and Dr. Zhuo Health Assistant WeChat Mini Program will also be canceled simultaneously, and you will no longer be able to continue using the benefits in the above applications.
(V) Responding to Your Above Requests
We will respond to your request within 15 business days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact us through the methods in "IX. How You Can Contact Us" and file a complaint. To ensure the security of your information, we may require you to provide a written request or other means to prove your identity. After verification, we will process your request.
For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees. However, for repeated requests or requests exceeding reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee based on the circumstances. For information not directly related to your identity, information requested repeatedly without reasonable grounds, or requests requiring high costs or excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of new systems or fundamental changes to current practices), requests that pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or impractical requests, we may refuse and will provide you with alternative methods.
In the following circumstances, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we will be unable to respond to your request:
1. Related to fulfilling obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
2. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
3. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
5. There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or are abusing your rights;
6. To protect your or other individuals' life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests;

Minors may not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. For the collection of minors' personal information through the use of Dr. Zhuo's services or products with the consent of parents or guardians, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information when permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect minors.
Our privacy policy may change with changes in services, business processes, and technology, but we will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent.
